Aurora Hospitality LLC d/b/a Sandbox Beach Grill (“SBG”) respects the privacy of its customers and website visitors. This Privacy Policy is intended to describe our practices concerning the Personal Data, defined below, which we collect from users of our website, located at www.sandboxbeachgrill.com, our widgets, subscribers to our newsletter, and customers of our in-person or online services (“Services”), and how this data is stored, used, shared, and secured. Users of SBG Services
Users have the opportunity to review this privacy policy when sharing personal information on our Services and by continuing to use the Services, or otherwise providing us with information, you signify your acceptance of this Terms of Service and Privacy Policy Agreement, and consent for SBG to collect, store, use and disclose your Personal Data and other information as described herein. We reserve the right to amend these Terms of Service and Privacy Policy at any time, and your continued use of the Services following notice of changes to this policy will be deemed your acceptance of such changes.
Please be advised that users of SBG Services exercising any of their privacy rights will not be discriminated against in use of the website or provision of Services.
If you are a non U.S. user of the Services, by visiting the website and providing us with Personal Data, you acknowledge and agree that your Personal Data may be processed for the purposes identified in this Privacy Policy. In addition, by providing us with Personal Data, you consent that your Personal Data may be processed in the country in which it was collected, where laws regarding processing of Personal Data may be less stringent than the laws in your country. SBG does not represent that the Services, or content is appropriate outside the United States of America.
Personal data for individuals under the age of 16 shall not be used or stored by SBG without consent. Further, SBG does not intentionally gather Personal Data from visitors who are under the age of 13. The website and widgets are directed toward and designed for use by persons aged 13 or older. SBG will not accept subscription requests or registrations for any child whom SBG knows to be under the age of 13. SBG does not solicit or knowingly collect personal information as defined by the U.S. Children’s Privacy Protection Act (“COPPA”) from children under the age of 13. If SBG learns that it has received personal information from an individual who indicates that he or she is, or who SBG otherwise has reason to believe is, under the age of 13, SBG will delete such information from its records. Additionally, a child’s parent or legal guardian may request that the child’s information be corrected or deleted from SBG’s records by contacting us as set forth in the section entitled “Contact Us” below.
Data Collection
For purposes of this policy, “Personal Data,” means non-public information that can be linked to an identifiable individual, including as examples a home address, a driver’s license or state identification number, financial account numbers, payment information and login credentials. “Anonymous Data” means data that by itself does not permit the identification of an individual person. We collect Personal Data and Anonymous Data, as described below.
- We may collect names, phone numbers, e-mail and mailing addresses, when you interact with SBG including, but not limited to when you email or call us, when you place an order online, when you subscribe to our newsletter or recruiting page, or when you access a marketing offer.
- We may also retain information on your behalf through third party service providers including OpenTable, Toast, DoorDash, Constant Contact, and Shopify, however, all payment processing information on our Services is processed by these service providers pursuant to their policies. SBG does not have access to or store your credit card or banking information as part of these transactions.
- If you contact us via e-mail or phone we will collect your name and contact information, as well as any other content included in the communication, in order to address any questions, comments, or concerns.
- We may also collect Personal Data at other times when you are using our Services, and we notify you that Personal Data is being collected.
You may choose to voluntarily disclose other information when using the Services that we do not request, and, in such instances, you are solely responsible for such information. You can always refuse to supply personal information, but it may prevent you from engaging in certain Services as a result of related functionality

Our Services use Cookies to collect information, as is standard practice for most online services. We may use both session Cookies (which expire once you close your web browser) and persistent Cookies (which stay on your computer until you delete them) to improve your interaction on our website. Delivery Services
If you utilize SBG Services in connection with delivery of SBG orders, please be advised that your telephone number and other personal contact information will be shared with the provider of the delivery service, DoorDash, to allow deliveries to be made by this service provider. Further, in connection with any orders placed for delivery, you consent to receive delivery status updates by e-mail, text messages, and telephone calls from the delivery service and its delivery drivers.

Use of Personal Data
Generally, the Personal Data we collect is used for the primary purposes for which it was collected, including to respond to requests that you make or to help us serve you better. SBG does not sell your Personal Data to third parties under any circumstances. We use your Personal Data to provide you with Services and customer support, run a promotion or other website feature, respond to your requests and resolve problems, verify compliance with your obligations in our terms of use, communicate with you about the Services; and secondary purposes that are related to a purpose for which we collected it, where you would reasonably expect us to use your Personal Data for that secondary purpose.

SBG may always disclose Personal Data if it believes in good faith that such disclosure is necessary: (1) in connection with a law enforcement investigation; (2) to comply with relevant laws or respond to subpoenas, warrants or other valid legal service served on SBG; (3) to protect or defend the rights or property of SBG or users of the Services; and/or (4) to investigate or assist in preventing any violation or potential violation of the law, this Privacy Policy, or our terms of service.
Third Party Websites
Our Services may contain content that contains links to third party websites. When you click such links, you will leave SBG Services and visit another website or online service, where a third party entity may collect your Personal Data or Anonymous Data. SBG is not responsible for and cannot control these third party websites or their content. Please be aware that the terms of this Privacy Policy do not apply to these third party websites or content, which may have their own privacy policies and terms of service. Email Communications
When you provide your email address, we will periodically send newsletters, and e-mails that directly promote the use of our Services, however, at any time you may “opt-out” of these marketing related communications by following the unsubscribe instructions provided in the e-mail you receive or by contacting us directly as set forth in the “Contact Us” section below. Please be advised that even after you opt-out, we may send service or transactional-related communications, including notices of any updates to our terms of use or Privacy Policy. If you wish to opt out of these administrative emails, you must cease use of the Services.
SMS Communications.
When you provide us with your mobile number, we will periodically send you SMS messages that directly promote the use of our Site or Services, some of which may be sent by automated technology regarding offers by or on behalf of SBG. Message and data rates may apply to these messages and subscription is not required for purchases from SBG. When you receive such communications from us, you may indicate a preference to stop receiving further communications from us and you will have the opportunity to “opt-out” by following the unsubscribe instructions provided in the SMS communication you receive.
Retention of Personal Data
We may retain your Personal Data for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, which in most cases will be for as long as you are actively subscribed with SBG services, unless copies are otherwise required to be kept by law or for a legitimate business purpose.
Requests to Correct or Delete Your Personal Data.
We will comply with any requests to correct or delete personal information received via the “Contact Us” section below, within fourteen (14) days of such request (except where we are required by law to keep copies of such information). We may retain an archived copy of your records as required by law or for legitimate business purposes. Please remember, however, if we have already disclosed some of your Personal Data to third parties as described above, we will notify such third party service providers where possible to correct or delete such information, however, we cannot access that Personal Data and therefore cannot force the correction or deletion of any such information by the parties to whom we have made those disclosures in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
Security of Your Personal Data
All online payment services are offered through third parties Shopify, DoorDash (deliveries) or Toast (online ordering). SBG has limited secure access to payment processing related Personal Data as set forth in this policy, and no access to credit card or bank account information.
